RETURN POLICY

Here at Southern Tease Hair Makeup & Boutique our mission is to best serve our customers. If you were sent incorrect items or are missing items from your order, please contact customer service at southerntease@outlook.com as soon as possible so we can get you taken care of.  

RULES & PROCEDURES FOR RETURNS

  • You MUST notify us via email at southerntease@outlook.com when you have shipped your item(s) so we know to be on the look-out. 

  • Items can be returned for store credit only- issued in the form of a gift card sent via email. We can not issue refunds. 

  • All returns must be received within 15 days of the date we shipped out your order. 

  • Anything purchased at a discounted price is FINAL SALE and is not eligible for return.

  • Returned items must remain unwashed and unworn to qualify for store credit.

  • Include a completed return form and your original receipt. Please circle or highlight the item(s) you wish to return.

  • Please allow us 5-7 business days to process your return once we receive it.  

  • Customer is responsible for return shipping unless you were sent the wrong item.
